The upgrade could be obtained for any of the virtual private server plans no matter the OS and CP that you've picked or the task that you need to be executed as our administrators will assist you with everything associated with the software on the server. This includes, but is not limited to, setting up third-party applications, setting up server options, troubleshooting scripts in case they don't perform adequately, etc. The upgrade features 60 minutes of work and if a particular task requires less time, the rest of the minutes shall be available for the future and shall be listed within the VPS billing CP. You could use the Installation & Troubleshooting service either as an individual upgrade or as an addition to the Managed Services upgrade, which includes half an hour of custom work on your server. That way, you can work on your sites without worrying that you'll not be able to use some application or losing time on technical matters.

Installation and Troubleshooting in Dedicated Hosting

The upgrade is available with all our Linux dedicated hosting and provided you add it, our expert admins shall be able to help you with anything on your server. Such as installing any third-party software which you may want to use on the web server and troubleshooting any script which operates poorly or doesn't run at all. Our upgrade features 60 minutes of work and if a certain task isn't very time-consuming, we shall add the remaining time to your account. You shall be able to discover how many minutes are left inside your billing CP and use them whenever you need assistance again. The Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade can be acquired at any time, so if you require something to be installed in the very beginning, you can add it to your order during the sign up process, while if you require help later, you could add it from the server billing area. 30 minutes of custom work are included in our Managed Services pack too, but just in case you require more work to be carried out on the server, the Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade shall be a guarantee that your applications shall be installed and set up in the best possible way.
